We are releasing this official statement just to stop fud once and for all that comes towards our business activity from the SC, that is trying to compete with us but lets call it by the name, trying is too strong word to say about it. In this statement we would like to share a lot of information with our shareholders and future investors, so as we believe, the transparency is the main way to make everyone happy and feel safe about their investment. We will be not coming to this matter anymore an with this statement we are closing any serious communication with Wallahia cause we don't have time to waste. Real life and the game itself takes enough of our time.
First and the most important. Here at Berkshire Hathaway we don't believe in luck and stupidity. We have created this Stock Company to be a solid foundation of Vexa E-Sim economy, knowing that during the hard times of Pew Pew coalition reigns the raw materials and sups will become scarce and the access to them more complicated than usual. Another main reason, and lets be clear and transparent about it, is to make money.
Second of all, we are not even slightly concerned about Wallahia SC and what the CEO of the company is doing because, like he said himself, lets look at the numbers and facts. We are not gonna give you a official statement from us generated in chat GPT just to look smart where in fact the CEO of Wallahia has absolutely zero idea what's going on and he lives in times where number of players on the server has been much much higher than we have now. Yet all personal feelings a side, if anyone want to believe in anything the lunatics are saying be my guest and don't buy our shares and go buy theirs. Let me just remind you that it is us that controls 43 working companies. We don't have inactive worthless CC in our treasure that only virtually increase the value of SC, we do not buy those CC at all. Dead country is a dead market with no offence. It's business. We do actively selling products on the market investing in more companies wherever we can so the revenue is constantly increasing. Wallahia doesn't do anything of that and gives us advices on how to do business. We are constantly adding native CC for our workers salaries to the SC from our own pockets. Ill say it again. Workers are not being paid from SC treasury they are being paid by us. That gives another huge advantage for gaining profits.
Third of all, yes we have been selling shares at premium prices to new share holders wanting to get our invested Gold back so we can get our ROI not on a long term (it was never planned that way) but instantly. We do not gonna be compounding either. The Stock Company is totally independent now in generating profits and every shareholder will feel that at the end of this month when we will pay out first dividends to the investors. As we said we are fully transparent and have nothing to hide regardless of what some people can think of us. We have in plans to pay dividends every two weeks from then.
Finally the last we will not issue any more shares for the time being. At least until first merge. All depends how many people we will get here. The total amount of shares will stand at 11000 and there will be no split ever from now. We would like also to welcome

Activities in this game are divided into several modules. First is the economy as a citizen in a country of your choice you must work to earn money, which you will get to spend for example, on food or purchase of weapons which are critical for your progress as a fighter. You will work in either private companies which are owned by players or government companies which are owned by the state. After progressing in the game you will finally get the opportunity to set up your own business and hire other players. If it prospers, we can even change it into a joint-stock company and enter the stock market and get even more money in this way.
In E-Sim, international wars are nothing out of the ordinary.
Become an influential politician.
The second module is a politics. Just like in real life politics in E-Sim are an extremely powerful tool that can be used for your own purposes. From time to time there are elections in the game in which you will not only vote, but also have the ability to run for the head of the party you're in. You can also apply for congress, where once elected you will be given the right to vote on laws proposed by your fellow congress members or your president and propose laws yourself. Voting on laws is important for your country as it can shape the lives of those around you. You can also try to become the head of a given party, and even take part in presidential elections and decide on the shape of the foreign policy of a given state (for example, who to declare war on). Career in politics is obviously not easy and in order to succeed in it, you have to have a good plan and compete for the votes of voters.

The international war.
The last and probably the most important module is military. In E-Sim, countries are constantly fighting each other for control over territories which in return grant them access to more valuable raw materials. For this purpose, they form alliances, they fight international wars, but they also have to deal with, for example, uprisings in conquered countries or civil wars, which may explode on their territory. You can also take part in these clashes, although you are also given the opportunity to lead a life as a pacifist who focuses on other activities in the game (for example, running a successful newspaper or selling products).
